Overview
The Admin Audit Events page in the Admin solution includes audit records automatically captured when many types of actions are made relative to the Admin configurations.
The page contains a simple table with each audit record and with the option to View Details in a separate pop-up dialog.
User Actions
Search - search field - allows the user to Search for specific items, eg. a user, message, action, …
User - filter - allows the user to select from available users who have performed auditable actions.
Period filter - allows the user to select the audit entries from various time periods.
Refresh - allows the user to Refresh the list of audit entries.
Download - allows the user to Download the Audit History records to Excel/CSV.
Options menu for each Audit record
View Details - select to open a dialog that shows the details of the audit record.

Message | Read-only Text Field | Displays the Message with some details to indicate action taken in the UI, eg. Updated Insight, Published App, Added Insight to Transport, etc… |
Component | Read-only Text Field | Displays the specific Component that was changed. |
Component Type | Read-only Text Field | Displays a category Type of the Component. |
User | Read-only Text Field | Displays the Username for who performed the action. |
Event Date | Read-only Text Field | Displays a Timestamp for when the action was done. |
View Audit Events Details
The Admin Audit Events Details dialog shows more details of each audit record, most importantly the Event Object that captures all the details of the actual changes to the underlying properties.

Message | Read-only Text Field | Displays a short “friendly” Message describing the audit event. |
Event Date | Read-only Text Field | Displays a date/timestamp for when the audit record was captured. |
Component Type | Read-only Text Field | Displays a category Type of the Component. |
Event Object | JSON-formatted Text | This shows a JSON-formatted text string for each property in the object that has been changed. |
