Easy Answers - Results Page - this page allows the user to ask Questions and have a “Conversation” with the Easy Answers Agent to retrieve data available in the Ontology used by the Easy Answers solution. There are three options in the dropdown from the Easy Answers field:

  • image-20240205-134900.png Easy Answers - based on the user’s Natural Language Questions, this page will show dynamically generated Dashboards of automatically curated data visualizations (Apps), including KPI tiles, Maps, Charts, Tables, and other custom Apps. Users can furthermore request Quick Insights from Machine Learning Models, and even request augmented Insights from generative AI systems.

  • image-20240205-135516.png Content Repositories - this option integrates with the Easy Answers ChatBot, allowing users to ask questions from one or more Content Repositories containing documents, such as PDF and Word files. See Search in Content Repositories.

  • image-20240205-135005.png Standard Search - this page uses a traditional search method allowing users to search for specific indexed data, such as customer or product names, materials, locations, etc…, and typically results in a list view of records being retrieved matching the search criteria. Note: This type of page has to be created by a solution developer under a separate agreement with App Orchid.
