See Showing Suggestions for Ontology.
Discover Traits
There are two ways to Discover Traits:
Discover Traits Automatically - no further configuration will be required. Let the magic happen!
Discover Traits Manually - configuration can be done for properties that are associated with specific Traits and MSOs selected.
Discover Traits Manually
When this option is selected, the user will be able to click the + Add Traits button to open a Search Traits dialog. One or more Traits can be added based on the users' knowledge of the data available from the MSO.
Once a Trait has been added, the user can click the Configure button to see properties for the Trait selected that may require additional input.

Click the + Add MSO button to select specific MSOs to be searched during the discovery process, or leave it unchanged to select all MSOs (default).

Finally, the user can click the Discover button to start the Discover Traits process.
At the end of the Discover Traits process, one or more suggestions will be available to the user to either Accept or Reject in the Show Suggestions dialog available from the Action menu. See Showing Suggestions for Ontology.
Notifications will be shown to the user for the Discover task. Additionally, the user can select View Task to keep an eye on the progress. See View Tasks for Ontology.
