Solution - General

Overview
To edit, select a Solution from the list on the main Solution page and click Edit on the Solution Card or in the More menu when in List view.
Once open, select the General page.
General
This page allows the user to configure all General properties of the Solution as well as Solution Header content and White Labeling options (if enabled in Master Data).

| ON/OFF Toggle | OFF | If enabled, a Chatbot icon will appear in the lower-right corner of the Easy Answers page at runtime to enable conversation-style questions with Easy Answers. |

| Number Field | Enter a number in pixels to limit the width of the Solution Logo. The default is 28px. | |
| ON/OFF Toggle | OFF | If enabled, the Annotation icon will appear in the Easy Answers Header to allow the Annotation right-side panel to open, where all Annotations can be viewed. |
| ON/OFF Toggle | OFF | If enabled, the Solution Name will be shown in the Easy Answers Header. If disabled, only the Solution Logo will be displayed. |
| Number Field | Enter a number in pixels to limit the width of the Solution Name. The default is 85px. | |
SOLUTION WHITE LABELING | This section is only visible/available when the master data configuration for White Labeling is set to TRUE. | ||
| ON/OFF Toggle | OFF | If enabled, the system-level default configurations in the Admin solution > Configurations will be overridden to allow solution-level configurations. If disabled, no other options are shown. |
| ON/OFF Toggle | ON | If enabled, the Company Logo property will be shown to allow a Company Logo to be added instead of the default App Orchid logo. |
| Icon | Click to open the File Manager dialog to select an icon/logo representing the organization for which the solution was created. | |
| ON/OFF Toggle | ON | If enabled, the About entry will show in the User Menu. If disabled, the About dialog will be hidden. |
