User Menu

AO Platform and AO Easy Answers: 4.3
Introduction
Once signed in, the default Solution will be opened. Whatever the Solution, the User menu is found in the top-right corner of the solution screen typically identified by the initials of the user’s name. Click it to see the user options.
Some entries in the User menu are solution-specific and/or may not be available to all users due to permissions.

The last login is shown below the user’s name.
Reported Errors
If errors have been encountered during loading of a page in the browser, a count of the errors (in red) will be shown in the User menu. Click the red text to see the Error Log and, if permanent, send this information to the AO Platform Administrator.

User Settings
Opens a dialog showing available Settings for the User. See User Settings.
Download Data History
This entry in the User menu is only available in Easy Answers solutions. It opens a screen to see previous Data Downloads kept on the AO Platform server until expiry. See Downloading Data and Reports.
View Insight Tasks
This entry in the User menu is only available in some solutions. It opens a dialog showing Tasks created to run in the background, such as when Statistics for data are being generated, or when the different Discovery processes are executed to enrich an Ontology and associated MSOs. Users will be able to check the status of all Tasks. See View Tasks for Ontology and View Tasks for MSO for details.
Share Page
Opens a dialog showing options to allow users to Share the current Solution Page with other users. See Share Page.

There can be any number of sub-entries for the Documentation covering both Solutions for end-users and the core AO Platform documentation for solution developers. See Documentation for details.
Logout
This entry logs the user out from the AO Platform, prompting for confirmation in case the user clicks the Logout by mistake.

About
Each Solution has an About window which shows the version of that Solution as well as the overall AO Platform version. This information should be provided to the App Orchid Customer Support team whenever an issue ticket is raised.
